In this short blog post, we'll delve into the WHYs and WHATs. But before we dive in, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is David Swarowski, and I hail from Kyiv, Ukraine. Back in 2015, I embarked on a journey to the US, driven by a fervent passion for finance, investments, and software engineering. Fast forward to 2017, and my journey led to the founding of our very own company, specializing in cryptocurrency investments and trading. By 2018, this endeavor had transformed into a FinTech startup, focusing on risk management tools. Yet, despite the successes and failures along the way, I couldn't ignore the persistent feeling of discontent that lingered within me.

The turning point arrived in August of 2019 when I found myself at home, utterly discouraged as my life had become nothing more than numbers on a screen, devoid of happiness, and with no positive impact on anyone. It was during these moments of introspection that I began to ask myself a pivotal question: What truly ignites my passion in life? After weeks of soul-searching, the answer crystallized: chocolate.

My first attempt was met with enthusiasm from my neighbor and her friend. The second time around, everyone in Fourplex in Beverly Hills savored the taste. By the third attempt, I was invited to a restaurant to share my perspective on crafting healthy and organic chocolate.

From a mere hobby and an antidote to depression, making this product piqued the interest of people not just for tasting but also for purchasing. To this day, I remain astounded by what made these truffles taste so good. I often wonder if it was a stroke of luck or the result of meticulously selecting the right kosher ingredients and employing expert mixing techniques.

Today, I take pride in saying that we've assembled a team and produce three delightful kinds of truffles suitable for anyone with a sweet tooth and a distaste for sugar. Not a grain of white can be found in our truffles. They are lovingly handcrafted, entirely organic and kosher.
